GOOD TO KNOW

Maximum occupancy 10 people.
The above prices refer to the exclusive rental of the whole estate, with an occupancy of up to 6 persons. For each additional person (maximum 10 persons) we charge € 75 / day. There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 double sofa beds and 4 bathrooms available. Of these, 3 double rooms with own bathroom and 1 sofa bed are located in the main house and 1 double room with bathroom and 1 sofa bed in the annex.

Included services:

  • Bed linen and towels included.
  • for a stay of 7 days or more: 1 weekly intermediate cleaning incl. pool maintenance (usually on Wednesdays), for a 2-week stay additionally on Saturdays.


Additional costs - not included:

  • Final cleaning at the end of each rental period will be additionally charged with € 200.
  • Pets (max. 1 dog) are allowed on request – plus €200 per week
  • Shopping and cooking service on request. Please contact us directly. We will be happy to forward your request.


Deposit:
A deposit of € 500,- will need to be made before and will be refunded 14 days after check-out according to possible damages. (Details in the rental contract)


Safety:
The property is not suitable or equipped for babies and small children.
